Stories That Feel Like Coming Home
Welcome to Blackwater Bend.
Where family legacies, hidden secrets, unforgettable friendships, and once-in-a-lifetime love stories come together on the water. Every visit feels like coming home.
Some towns are built on history. Blackwater Bend was built on second chances. Tucked into a slow curve of Southern water, where the cypress trees trail low and lantern light finds the dock before you do, the Bend is where broken hearts come to heal, old rivals learn what forever costs, and the people who have been there all along change everything. Each book follows a new couple, and every love story leaves its mark on the town.

Be First to KnowCamille Everly writes heartfelt small-town romance rooted in the kind of love that lingers long after the last page.
Originally from Arkansas, Camille has always felt a deep connection to the rolling hills, quiet streams, and close-knit communities of the Ozarks. After raising three children and cheering them on as they set off for college, she found herself drawn back to the place that first felt like home, where the pace is slower, the stories run deeper, and love has a way of finding you when you least expect it.
It was there, riding through the countryside in a golf cart with her husband, that Camille discovered her love of storytelling. What began as casual conversations turned into something more: stories of connection, second chances, and the beautifully imperfect nature of love.
These days, their dinner conversations are a blend of missed shots on the golf course and the occasional misfires of love and romance on the page. Her husband, affectionately known as Mr. Pate, is always happy to offer his perspective, especially when it comes to the male point of view.
Through her Blackwater Bend series, Camille brings readers back to a place where love is steady, heartfelt, and always worth the risk.
